  1. Presense shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage to property, arising from the Neuroplasticity service.
  2. The client acknowledges that Presense is not a medical professional service and that it is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
  3. The client assumes all risks associated with participating in the Neuroplasticity service provided by Presense and releases it from any liability arising from such participation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
